YOUR ARTWORK · YOUR PRIVACY

Privacy Policy

This policy describes the information Model Motion Studio handles and the privacy choices available to users.Effective July 25, 2026

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to modelmotionstudio.com, Model Motion Studio accounts, company workspaces, and related services. It does not apply to websites, marketplaces, payment pages, or services operated independently by third parties.

2. Information we collect

Account and company information

We collect information such as name, email address, company name, workspace role, plan, account status, invitation and login activity, business contact information, branding colors, and support communications.

Billing information

Stripe processes payment-card and billing information. Model Motion Studio receives transaction identifiers, customer and subscription status, plan, invoice and payment status, renewal dates, and limited billing contact information. We do not receive or store complete payment-card numbers.

Model and project information

3D models, CAD files, custom backgrounds, project settings, and rendered video frames are ordinarily processed locally in your browser. Company logos and watermarks uploaded through an account profile are stored so authorized company users can apply them in the Studio. We do not claim ownership of your model files.

Usage and technical information

We may collect IP address, browser and device information, session identifiers, security events, pages and features used, video-download counts, plan usage, error diagnostics, and timestamps. We do not need the visual contents of your locally processed 3D and CAD models to count an authorized export.

Assistant conversations

When you use the Model Motion Assistant, we process the questions you submit, limited recent conversation context, and the page you are viewing to provide product guidance. Do not enter passwords, payment details, confidential client artwork, or other sensitive personal information in the chat. Assistant conversations may be processed by an artificial-intelligence service provider when that feature is active.

Creator reviews and media

If you submit a creator review, we collect the star rating, brief comment, creator name, email address, and the product images or video you choose to upload. The review assistant may process your comment to prepare a clearer draft for you to edit and approve. Approved review text, creator name, and media may be published; your email is used for moderation and follow-up and is not displayed publicly.

3. How we use information

  • Provide, personalize, secure, and maintain the Service.
  • Create and administer accounts, invitations, and workspaces.
  • Process purchases and manage subscriptions.
  • Enforce free-download limits and paid plan entitlements.
  • Send service, security, billing, and support communications.
  • Diagnose failures and improve performance and usability.
  • Draft, moderate, publish, feature, hide, or remove creator reviews and submitted product media.
  • Prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and unlawful activity.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

4. How information is shared

We do not sell personal information for money. We share information only as reasonably necessary with service providers that support hosting, database storage, authentication, email delivery, payment processing, customer support, security, and analytics; with your company’s authorized workspace administrators; in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets; or when required to comply with law, protect rights and safety, or investigate abuse.

Service providers may process information only for contracted purposes and subject to their own legal obligations. We do not use uploaded model files or Model Motion Assistant conversations to train public generative-AI models.

5. Cookies and local browser storage

We use essential cookies to keep users signed in, maintain secure sessions, and protect accounts. The Studio uses browser storage for device-local project settings and workflow preferences. Clearing site data, using private browsing, changing devices, or uninstalling a browser may remove locally stored information. Download important project files to retain your own backup.

If we introduce nonessential advertising or cross-site tracking technologies, we will update this policy and provide legally required choices before using them.

6. Retention

We retain account, workspace, subscription, security, and transaction records for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain business and tax records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and comply with law. Stored company branding remains until replaced, removed, or the account is deleted, subject to backup and legal retention periods. Locally processed artwork remains subject to the storage choices on your own device.

Creator review records and uploaded media may be retained while the review remains published or as reasonably needed for moderation, consent records, dispute resolution, security, and legal compliance. You may request removal by emailing support.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No internet service, browser, storage system, or transmission method is completely secure. You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and devices used to access confidential client artwork.

8. Your choices and privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, or information about processing; to object to or restrict certain processing; or to appeal a denied request. You may update many company-profile details through your account. To make a privacy request, email support@modelmotionstudio.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject line.

We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify the request. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law. We will not discriminate against a user for exercising a legally protected privacy right.

Model Motion Studio does not currently sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If this practice changes, we will provide required opt-out methods and honor applicable browser-based opt-out preference signals.

9. International use and children

The Service is operated from the United States. If you access it from another country, information may be processed in the United States and other places where service providers operate. The Service is intended for business users age 18 or older and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

10. Changes and contact

We may update this policy as our practices, providers, or legal obligations change. We will post the revised effective date and provide additional notice when appropriate.

Privacy questions and requests may be sent to support@modelmotionstudio.com.
