How to request deletion
Email support@modelmotionstudio.com from the email address connected to your Model Motion Studio account. Use the subject line “Delete My Account” and include your name and company or workspace name.
If you signed in with Google or ChatGPT, use the same email address connected to that social account so we can verify the request.
What happens next
- We confirm receipt of your request.
- We verify that you are authorized to delete the account.
- We delete or de-identify the account and associated personal information that we are not legally required to retain.
- We send confirmation when the request is complete.
Requests are ordinarily completed within 30 days. Limited billing, tax, fraud-prevention, security, or transaction records may be retained when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect the Service.
Disconnecting social login
Removing Model Motion Studio from your Google or ChatGPT account stops future social authorization, but it does not automatically delete your Model Motion Studio workspace. Follow the deletion steps above if you also want the Model Motion Studio account removed.
Local project files
Projects, imported models, settings, and exported videos saved locally on your computer or browser are under your control. Delete those files or clear the site’s local browser storage separately if you no longer want to retain them.
